The main frame of the conveyor is made of hot-rolled profiles, steel sheets and reinforcement angles welded together to provide a compact, rigid and stiff structure.
Its modular design and compact size makes it adaptable and allows its transport by truck or container and subsequent field assembly more comfortable.
The material is conveyed by reinforced metal plates connected to a chain with attachments which drive them over guide profiles. The plates are equipped with transversal profiles that help convey and push material toward unloading zone.
Available standard belt widths are 500, 600, 800,1000, 1200 and 1400mm, special projects widths of 1600, 1800 and 2000mm are being studied.
Its compact size and stiffness of its frame and plates make this model suitable for various conveying solutions, mainly for Construction and Demolition Waste C&DW / Municipal Solid Waste MSW recycling plants, primary aggregates in quarries, Public Works,….
