Gravity Roller Conveyor consists of a frame made of steel sheet folded in U-shape and profiles of different heights that along with Stainless Steel/Mild Steel sheet of various thickness allow conveying loads of different weights and dimensions by force of gravity.
Its usual working position is slightly inclined. The inclination angle depends on the load weight to be conveyed. These conveyors can be handled manually or with the help of a robotic arm.
The distance between rollers and the floor can be adjusted to suit the function of the conveyor on the production line of the client. The height can be customised using Carbon Steel/Mild Steel supports. These can be adjusted using either silent blocks if the roller conveyors work with light materials or threaded rods for heavy duty roller conveyors.
Steel rollers are attached to the sides of the folded steel sheet. The size and spacing between the rollers will depend on the load to be conveyed. Rollers and their components (sleeve, axle, bearings) are made of Zinc plated, Galvanised or unprotected Carbon Steel.

This model of roller conveyor is suitable for the factories working with palletised products, packaging, logistics, or any facility whose products to convey do not require compulsory use of Stainless Steel.
