Powered Roller Conveyor consists of a frame made of steel sheet folded in U-shape, and profiles of different heights that along with Stainless Steel sheets/Mild Steel sheet of various thickness allow conveying loads of different weights and dimensions.
Its usual working position is horizontal. The distance between rollers and the floor can be adjusted to suit the function of the conveyor on the production line of the client. The height can be customised using Carbon Steel/Mild Steel supports. These can be adjusted using either silent blocks if the roller conveyors work with light materials or threaded rods for heavy duty roller conveyors.
Carbon Steel/Zinc plated/Galvanised Rollers are attached to the sides of the folded steel sheet. The size and spacing between rollers will depend on the load to be conveyed.
Rollers are made of Carbon/Zinc plated or Galvanised steel sleeve, axle, bearings and the pinion for Carbon Steel chain drive.
Equipped with chain guards, activation,… in strict compliance with the safety requirements of the machine.
This model of roller conveyor is suitable for the factories working with palletised products, packaging, logistics, or any facility whose products to convey do not require compulsory use of Stainless Steel.
